E/T Light Warranty

Southwest Synergistic Solutions, LLC warrants our E/T Light (beacons and flashlights) products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, including any LEDs housed within, for five (5) year from the original purchase date. Return authorization is required for all replacement, or repairs and may be requested at our “Contact Us” page. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. We will repair or replace these products, at our discretion, if it is determined by us to be defective. Normal wear and tear-including, batteries draining, and switches wearing out-is not covered, nor is damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, battery damage, use of other than E/T Light accessories, or altering these products from their original state. Parts and accessories for illumination tools are not covered by this warranty
